Ardmore Winthrop Properties are located on the lovely, tree-lined streets of Chicago's historic Edgewater neighborhood on the north side of Chicago.  Here you can enjoy gracious living with the lakefront as your backyard.  The properties are owned and managed by a family with nearly thirty years experience in real estate management, who are committed not only to providing a high quality of living for their renters, but high standards for the neighborhood as a whole.

Our buildings include several situated on the same city block, with another just a short walk away.  All of our buildings are mere steps from the shores of Lake Michigan, including the lakefront running path and bike trail, the Ardmore and Hollywood Beaches, and plentiful public transportation which will get you to Chicago's famous Loop (downtown) and Michigan Avenue's Magnificent Mile for shopping, in a matter of minutes.

Five of our properties are vintage (late Victorian) buildings with breathtaking, spacious apartments: these are not just living quarters, they are homes.  The sixth building is a more modern (circa 1970) building, for those who like the clean lines of a contemporary apartment complex, but still would like to retain a certain element of old-world charm.  The seventh is a 9 story vintage high-rise building.
