Winthrop Manor is a vintage mid-rise apartment building that is comprised of 45 one bedroom and studio apartments. The apartments feature a wide variety of layouts and styles, many including separate dining rooms, large walk in closets, and hardwood floors. Reserved parking is available close by for a separate charge and there is a laundry room located in the building. Public transportation is easily accessible as the building is within two blocks of the Redline, Bus Routes, and Lake Shore Drive. In addition, there are several beaches within blocks as Lake Michigan is just “down the street”.
